Nationwide Shipping:
We generally use NZ Post for our bulk of our Nationwide deliveries.
Overnight courier for North Island addresses and 2-3 day Economy service for South Island address. Please allow an extra 1-2 days for Rural Delivery.
Orders placed before 3pm on business days are typically processed that same day.
We do not guarantee that your item will reach its destination within the targeted delivery times. Delivery to and from rural or remote areas may take longer. For the purpose of delivery targets, the day in which an item is accepted by us is considered day zero, orders are only processed during business hours.
Order Pick-Up:
If you wish to collect your order from our Hamilton warehouse you are welcome to pick-up any time between 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday.Â
Please selected pick-up as your chosen delivery method and wait for conformation that your order is ready for collection.Â
